This  level 1 & 2 group equipment class builds on the fundamental principles of Joseph Pilates  using the reformer mat and tower. Must have a basic working knowledge of the Pilates machines and has taken the introductory movement assessment.  You will work on deep core connections to build internal strength and flexibility using Pilates concepts.  Each class gives you a chance to work on your movement skills and take them to the next level of fitness.

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
